By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, downloading, viewing, or using any digital product, course, model portfolio, $STACK Index material, dashboard, alert, report, or related resource from LiveBetter With AI Apps™ or its affiliates, you agree to these terms.
$STACK Index Subscriber Terms
1. Strictly Educational; No Financial Advice
We are a financial publisher, not a fiduciary. The information provided, including the $STACK Index, the 4-tier blueprint, the 20-ticker model portfolio, field reports, watchlists, allocation files, backtesting summaries, thesis updates, and rebalance alerts, is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
LiveBetter With AI Apps™, Aion Flux Labs™, and Shane Clark are not acting as registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial planners, tax advisers, or attorneys. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We do not guarantee any specific performance, returns, suitability, or outcomes. Always consult with licensed professionals before executing trades or making financial decisions.
2. Intellectual Property & Site Security
The $STACK Index methodology, ticker allocations, tiered weightings, component directory, proprietary analysis, field reports, dashboard, and subscriber-only materials are proprietary intellectual property. A paid subscription grants a single, limited, non-transferable, revocable, personal-use license to view the materials during the active subscription period.
You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, sharing, copying, publishing, scraping, reselling, licensing, uploading, leaking, or commercially exploiting $STACK materials, constituents, weightings, reports, alerts, dashboards, CSV files, or subscriber-only links on public forums, social media, Discord servers, websites, newsletters, databases, or any other platform.
3. No Reverse Engineering for Commercial Use
You agree not to use the $STACK Index, its architecture, framework, constituent data, weighting model, historical data, dashboard, or related analysis to reverse-engineer, structure, seed, launch, market, or support a competing commercial financial product. This includes, but is not limited to, exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, model portfolios, white-label portfolios, indexes, signal services, newsletters, or commercial subscription services.
4. Subscription Billing & Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription according to Stripe’s available account or billing controls. Canceling prevents future billing, but does not create a refund for the current billing period. Because subscribers receive immediate access to proprietary digital materials, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to immediately terminate, suspend, or revoke access without refund if we determine that a subscriber has violated these terms, shared account credentials, redistributed proprietary materials, attempted to reverse-engineer the model for commercial use, abused the site, or otherwise compromised the integrity of the subscriber content.
Course & Digital Product Terms
All courses, prompts, worksheets, downloads, templates, PDFs, ZIP files, and digital assets are provided for educational use only. Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for how you apply any educational material.
License Edition products may include limited resale rights only as described in the applicable Reseller License Agreement. Unless the license expressly allows otherwise, resale must be as-is with no rebranding, no editing, no modification, and no claim of authorship.
